Jubilee School is seeking an Level 5 Teaching Assistant to lead our vibrant Early Years setting under the supervision of our Early Years Lead Teacher. This term-time only role (Monday–Friday) offers the chance to work closely under the guidance of teachers to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for 2–4 year olds.
What you'll do:
- Plan, implement and delivery learning activities
- Manage the day to day running of the Explorer’s team
- Foster independence, confidence, and inclusion in every child.
- Observe, report, and contribute to the development of each child’s progress.
Who we’re looking for:
- HLTA qualified, with Early Years experience or extensive experience with other appropriate qualifications.
- Patient, resilient, and proactive, with a genuine love for working with children.
- A team player committed to the school’s ethos and inclusive culture.
