The Grangefield Academy is seeking a Literacy Intervention Specialist to help students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) develop the literacy skills they need to succeed.
You will plan and deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions across Key Stages 3 and 4, improving reading, writing, comprehension and vocabulary. Working closely with the English department, SENDCo and classroom teachers, you will monitor progress and help students apply their learning across the curriculum.
