The opportunity is offered on a fixed term basis to 31 March 2017 (with possible extension to 31st March 19 subject to winning tender for NEA Phase 2 as part of a national competition held by DWP).

The role will involve applying initiative, having a solution focused approach and a commitment to ensuring contractual targets and obligations are met. Performance is monitored daily and change is a constant feature of delivery.
