The Head Teacher and Governors of Barley Mow Primary School seek to appoint an excellent and enthusiastic teacher on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave in our Year 4 class.
The proposed start date is the beginning of March 2020.
We are seeking to appoint a teacher who has an enthusiasm for learning, a track record of improving standards and the ability to engage all learners in all aspects of the curriculum.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate being:
An excellent practitioner
Creative and imaginative in their approach to teaching and learning
Able to plan appropriately differentiated learning which builds on key skills
Able to assess, monitor and track effectively to ensure rapid progress of all groups of learners
Committed to raising standards
An effective team player
Able to forge strong relationships with parents, Governors and the wider school community
Able to promote our school ethos by being an outstanding role model and leading by example.
