The company is seeking an experienced Customer Feedback & Planning Manager. To qualify you will have experience of working within a customer focused role, where you have gained hands-on experience of dealing with customers and managing complex complaints. You will have proven customer management skills and the ability to provide an efficient, courteous, informative and responsive service to members of the public.

We are looking to recruit a proactive manager who fully understands the children’s statutory complaints process. The successful candidate will be a committed, creative and passionate professional who has experience of managing complaints and who thrives on learning from customer experience to inform and drive forward service improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience of creating and implementing business planning processes and designing strategic plans. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will think strategically and analytically about business challenges and will constantly seek ways to identify and drive improvement opportunities.

The candidate will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, enjoy challenging situations and be able to create a positive working atmosphere. Above all, you must have energy and enthusiasm and be able to add demonstrable value.
