Governors at Newsham Primary School wish to appoint 2 teaching assistants to work across school post lockdown to facilitate catch up learning for pupils.

This is likely to involve reading interventions although will cover other subjects.

Successful candidates will need to work interdependently, use their initiative and be committed to helping every child succeed. We are looking for candidates who can go above and beyond. Knowledge and experience of intervention programmes across the primary age range would be an advantage.

The contract will be fixed term until 30th April 2022 and will be variable from 20 hours to 32.5 hours per week. Initially to start at 32.5 hours.
