The Headteacher and Governors of White Mere Community Primary School wish to appoint an outstanding Class Teacher and successful leader to join our hard working, professional team. Our Wonderful Little School benefits from extensive grounds which are accessible to all year groups in support of their learning and well-being.
The postholder will be highly motivated and be effective in leading, inspiring and supporting all staff. You will work in close partnership with the Headteacher on academic, pastoral and management developments and will also be required to provide leadership for a key stage phase/s.
We are a dedicated and supportive school with amazing children who want to learn. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic professional who has up to date knowledge of the Primary Curriculum and can evidence successful implementation of change.
You must be committed to working collaboratively and as part of our whole school team. You will need to have excellent communication skills. We have well established community links and high parental engagement and this is a further strength of our school. Governors are supportive and are actively involved in all aspects of school life.
