The Adults & Communities Directorate consists of three strands, Adult Care, Community Development, and Public Health. An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Brokerage Team within Adult Care.
The Team Leader will supervise 4 Brokerage Officers and a Senior Business Support Officer who work collectively with partners to broker packages of care for individuals. The role is responsible for effectively managing the Brokerage Team to ensure the sourcing of care packages is aligned to the assessment of need and all associated administrative tasks are completed.

You will support the work of the Commissioning and Contracts Team to ensure that resources are used to broker services that make a positive impact, meet statutory obligations, and contribute to overall strategic objectives. You will be joining a dynamic and ambitious team which has a sharp focus on service improvement and meeting the needs and aspirations of the local people within Redcar and Cleveland.
