One vacancy has arisen for a General Construction Operative that holds a valid Driver’s license to work within Repairs & Construction Services. We are seeking self-motivated individual who is capable of working alone as well as part of a multi skilled team.
You will be responsible for driving a fleet vehicle in accordance with FTA and undertaking a range of Labouring tasks including Delivering materials, Clearing property’s, Cleaning property’s, reinstating Gardens to their original state, and waste collections.
Reporting to a Repairs & Construction Manager within, Voids, R&M or Construction Sections you will be expected to work on a variety of properties and schemes including minor refurbishments ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices and standards.
