We are looking for a Property Support Officer to join our Business Durham team within the Economic Development service.

If you are a good communicator with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload, this could be the job for you.

WHAT IS INVOLVED? 
You will provide the provision of technical and administrative services to support the operation and management of the Council’s commercial and industrial properties managed by Business Durham.
 
You will be expected to arrange and attend viewings, lettings, handovers, condition and dilapidations surveys and testing of any property.  With this in mind, you would be expected to regularly travel throughout the County using your own transport.

WHAT WILL I NEED? 
You will have a NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent OR have substantial relevant practical experience relating to the post.

You should have experience of customer support services and administrative duties.
