INTERVIEW DATE 20th MAY 2024

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team providing homes for our children and embed a strong team ethos and therapeutic approach.

Our homes are like any other home, they are safe and secure places where children and young people are cared for and supported to learn, develop, and thrive as they grow up. Our homes look and sound a lot like your own home - a living room that hosts movie and game nights on weekends, a kitchen where you sit together and talk about your day while you have tea, and a garden where you can make the most of the outdoors. All our children have their own private bedroom, which they can decorate to suit their own personal style. Our homes also have private bedrooms and bathrooms for staff who are on sleep-in duty.

We are looking for enthusiastic, tenacious and motivated Residential Child Care Workers with experience of working with children and young people. In return you will receive appropriate training opportunities as part of your continuous professional development.

This post is exempt from the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Applicants must be over 21, to comply with Children’s Homes Regulations.

Please note that Together for Children is unable to provide Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this position.

If you have any questions about the vacancy or would like an informal discussion with one of the managers, please email peoplesupport@togetherforchildren.org.uk
