The Head teacher and Governors of this successful school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and hardworking practitioner, with a proven track record of good and outstanding practice. The successful applicant will be working in Key Stage 2 initially and possibly in other year groups in the future, depending on the needs of the school.

You will:
- be a highly effective practitioner with high expectations of all children
- have an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
- have experience working in various key stages across the primary ages
- be able to demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and success in raising standards and meeting challenging targets
- have experience and knowledge of leading a subject across key stages
- be committed to working in partnership with parents and the wider school community
- be proficient in assessment and planning
- possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- be willing to work independently and as part of a team
- be willing to get involved in the corporate life of the school, supporting the informal as well as the formal curriculum
- be committed to high standards in all aspects of school life
