Required for 1st January 2018, the governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled Parent Support Advisor/ Attendance Manger.

The main purposes of the role will be:

• To work in partnership with families, parents, carers, pupils and other agencies in a school context to enable all pupils to have full access to educational opportunities and overcome barriers to their learning and participation.
• To work in partnership with families, parents, carers, pupils and other agencies to assist the SLT in the strategic leadership of school’s drive to improve pupil attendance and punctuality.

Applicants should possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English or equivalent and have appropriate knowledge of the role. Experience of working in a similar role is essential. Full driving licence and access to transport required.
