Our Business Support plays an integral role in supporting the operational functions of our company. Based at different locations within Sunderland our Business Support staff carry out a varied but vital role carrying out tasks such as typing, filing, updating spreadsheets/databases, stores administration, reception duties, dealing with our customers and partners via the telephone and face to face.

As a Business Support Assistant, you will provide administrative support to various service areas within the company.

Suitable applicants must demonstrate the core values of the company, treating customers; families and their colleagues with dignity and respect. You should also be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills, excellent customer care and the ability to work under pressure. You will need good IT and typing skills and enjoy the challenge this role will provide.

Experience is not always necessary; your attitude and values are more important.
