Hardwick Park is an 18th century country park with a unique history. Now a Visit England accredited attraction, the park attracts large numbers of visitors.

We are looking to recruit a Café Supervisor to work at the Tower Cafe located at the Visitor Centre.

Hours are 22 per week, and candidates must be willing to work regular weekends and bank holidays, as well as weekday shifts as required.

The postholder will be responsible for the day to day operation of the café, particularly to support and deputise for the full time Café Co-ordinator. This will include staff supervision, cooking and baking, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations, as well as financial and administrative tasks including ordering, stock control and cash handling.

As a front line member of staff, the postholder must represent the Authority in a professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
A good basic general education to GCSE level or equivalent including English.
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
