A Customer Services Apprentice opportunity is available for 12 months.

An Apprenticeship is a great way to improve your skills and knowledge and gain a qualification through ‘on the job’ training.

The successful applicant will join a team that is committed to delivering a high standard of customer service and works to put the customer at the heart of everything the customer does.

The post holder will be accountable to the designated workplace line manager and will be supported and mentored to develop in the role by the service.

Required Qualifications:
4 GCSE’s at Grades A-C including English and Mathematics or hold an equivalent relevant qualification

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
