Duties include assisting the cook with preparation, ordering, cooking and serving of food and beverages. Also assisting the cook with supervising catering assistants and supporting cafe volunteers. Good cooking and communication skills will be required together with excellent customer care.
You will assist with the administration, collection, reconciliation and security of monies relating to the service including till operation.
You will be flexible, adaptable and passionate about cooking tasty, healthy food. You will also have a pleasant, friendly and approachable manner.
You must have a basic food hygiene certificate, together with relevant experience of working in a catering environment including food preparation and cooking.
