An opportunity has arisen for a Design and Conservation Officer until January 2024.
The post holder will assist the Principal Design and Conservation Officer in the delivery of the built design and conservation service to internal and external customers within the integrated specialist service area of Environment and Design. The role will be to promote exemplary urban and rural design and built conservation and through that help raise the aspirations and identity of Durham County.
Applicants should hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent together with having substantial relevant experience of working in a built conservation or urban design team, service or practise. A degree in a relevant topic area is desirable.
Interviews are scheduled to be held via Microsoft Teams on either Monday 13 or Thursday 17 December 2021.
