Customer Feedback Officer

VACANCY NO: RES/22/540

The Customer Feedback Team are looking to appoint an Investigation Officer to deal with customer feedback including complaints.

The post is part-time permanent, over 4 days.

The post holder should be enthusiastic and customer focussed, with a positive attitude and the ability to deal with a range of customer feedback, working with services to assist with the management of complaints from receipt to resolution; acting as the customers advocate, where appropriate, and supporting effective service delivery.

An excellent communicator, the post holder will be required to demonstrate tact and diplomacy. They will be the first point of contact for many customers; therefore a good understanding of council services will be beneficial.

The post holder will be expected to deal with a complex range of issues sensitively and confidentially, handling areas of conflict appropriately.

Qualifications: Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject
