A vacancy has arisen within Transactional and Customer Services for an Integrated Customer Services Team Manager.

The post holder will undertake duties on behalf of the Customer Relations Manager to further the aims of the integrated customer service ambitions within the Council. ?

You will also provide direct co-ordination and support for projects and change initiatives in the Integrated Customer Service programme, including customer feedback and contribute to the strategic development and planning for the service. ?

You will contribute to the financial management & budgetary control for the programme and to the development & maintenance of Performance Management Procedures. ?

Candidates should have NVQ level 3 or equivalent demonstrable management experience in a customer service/project management environment.
