Full time rota covering Day, evening and weekend shifts.
We are recruiting to our Support to Independence Team and are looking for a suitably skilled, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the senior team in supporting a team of housing support workers.
To support the management team in the day to day running of a semi-independent living provision for care leavers based within one of the four supported accommodation provision within Together for Children. These provisions will support and enable care leavers in acquiring the essential life skills (both emotional and practical) to live independently.
To lead and supervise a staff team to provide support to the young people.
To be able to work flexible hours as required by the post. To work in shifts as part of a rota. This includes lone working and sleep-in cover.
