We are looking for motivated and suitably experienced worker to join our Next Steps (care leavers) Team as Assistant Team Manager.
You will be responsible for the management supervision and performance of a team of Personal Advisers who work with our care experienced young people from 18-25 years old.
In addition, you will deputise for the Team Manager in her absence, overseeing the team of social workers responsible for 15–18-year-olds.
The successful candidate will have the passion and drive to ensure that children and young people continue to receive outstanding services
