This role will involve working as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team at the Front Door of Childrens Services within a Multi-Agency Screening Team (MAST) and to provide Early Help information, advice and guidance to partners, professionals and families to ensure that children, young people and families receive the right support at the right time.
