Under the guidance of the Head of Resilience, the successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, revision, training and exercising of emergency plans and procedures in accordance with the requirements of the COMAH Regulations 2015, and Pipeline Safety Regulations 1996. The role will involve the production of accurate time keeping records to ensure cost recovery. It will also involve supporting and representing the organisation within the Local Resilience Forum (LRF), the management of Resilience Direct and full involvement with Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service Resilience exercise planning.
