Opportunities are available on a casual as and when required basis.

You will assist in providing a high quality service to customers, that is safe, efficient and enjoyed by users.

Achieving and maintaining high standards of customer care, you will provide a first line of communication for enquiries, complaints, messages etc, recording and directing information to the appropriate location, section or person. You will assist in meeting and exceeding the service standards set out by the organisation.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 GCSE (minimum A-C) or equivalent including English Language or Literature, or GNVQ Intermediate level or NVQ Level 2 in a related subject.

Your essential experience will include evidence of working with the public, using ICT applications and dealing with customer enquiries.

You must have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to assist and support customers.

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
