Higher Level Teaching Assistant
A 0.6 (three days – Mon, Tues, Weds) Temporary Higher Level Teaching Assistant is required to start on Monday 3rd January 2017 to work as part of our committed team. The contract is fixed term and is initially until the end of the 2017 academic year when it will be reviewed. The 0.6 will be a job-share with another HLTA.
The Governors are looking to appoint a person with a HLTA qualification. The successful candidate will be expected to have the experience, knowledge and skills to support throughout all phases of school. It is essential that the person appointed possesses excellent computing skills, can be flexible and is able to work on their own initiative with a thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to have full involvement with the wider aspects of school life and the local community.
