Part-time/Job Share – 2 days per week with a potential option to increase hours following service review
Grade 10 (£43,757 to £47,628) pro-rata

Together for Children works on behalf of Sunderland Council to deliver children’s services in the city including social care, early help and education.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced strategic HR Manager who can support us in our continuing journey to deliver a high quality HR function both internally to the company but also to our partners and customers in the Region.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience of providing strategic leadership and management in relation to human resources in a diverse and complex organisation across a broad range of functions including recruitment and retention, policy development, HR advice and administration, workforce and organisational development, training and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will also be flexible and adaptable in their approach to the role and be able to offer a creative and innovative approaches to delivering best in class HR services. We are also looking for someone who possesses a strength of commitment, creativity and passion and who thrives on working in a fast paced environment.
