We are seeking to recruit qualified Educational Psychologists to join the EPS workforce.  (We will be happy to receive applications from Year 3 or Year 2 Trainee educational psychologists completing their Doctoral training course qualification).
Salary:     Soulbury Scale A Points 3-8 + up to 3 SPAs   £50,987 - £61, 963+ up to 3 SPAs in line with award criteria extending up to ££67,779  per annum 
PLEASE NOTE: NEWLY QUALIFIED EP’s WILL COMMENCE AT POINT 4 OF THE A SCALE

About the role

We are seeking to recruit up to 3 educational psychologists, (applications will also be accepted from those currently within Years 2 or 3 of a registered Doctoral training course) to join a passionate and committed team at the start of a journey to re-build and reframe the service, we are establishing new models of working to reflect the aims and principles of  our statutory role, our continuing traded offer to school and other settings and our active response to new education reforms.  

As an Educational Psychologist, you will have a crucial role in  co-production of a multi-agency partnership model  steering our ambitious plans to deliver our response to national SEND reforms; within new integrated service frameworks you will be well placed alongside professional colleagues  to deliver an Experts at Hand model of interventions  within community clusters. You will have a commitment to statutory responsibilities as well as  our traded service offer to schools. You will provide purposeful assessment linked to educational psychological principles and research with scope to deliver strategies and systemic consultative approaches, psychometric investigation and therapeutic techniques.

You will have the opportunity to work in conjunction with a range of other professionals linked to improving outcomes and preparation for life for children, young people and  their families.
