As a Senior Early Help Worker you will work on a flexible basis to support vulnerable families with a range of complex needs via our Early Help processes (assessment, plan, review) and co-ordinate Teams Around the Family to improve outcomes for children.
You will have experience of whole-family working and have an education, social care, youth work or other relevant background.
You will be knowledgeable about services available to support families and be aware of safeguarding and child protection procedures. You will be aware of the Troubled Families programme.
