Further Information
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Development Manager to join our Investment Development team at a pivotal moment for the Tees Valley. The Plan will be underpinned by a diverse and expanding investment pipeline of projects, programmes and opportunities designed to unlock significant economic growth and create lasting benefits for our communities.

A major part of this next chapter is the Tees Valley Investment Zone, focused on accelerating growth in our Creative and Digital sectors. Working closely with internal and external partners, we will develop opportunities from the concept into robust, compelling and investable proposals.

In this context, commercial delivery experience is highly valuable, enabling you to shape projects that are both strategically aligned and commercially sound.
