Groundwork STAN are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to support our Learning & Standards team
The successful post holder will be a motivated, dynamic and knowledgeable individual with sound business acumen to further develop our work around education and training for SEN students. Our SEN provision encompasses working with young adults aged 16-24 years, with varying levels of learning difficulties and disabilities, including ASD. The post holder will develop and deliver training to accredited standards and contractual obligations, as well as understanding the funding mechanism behind each individual student. The post holder will also supervise and manage a team of Learning Support staff.
