Together for Children is a newly established Company in Sunderland which works on behalf of the Council to deliver children’s services in the city including social care, early help and education.
The company is seeking to appoint an experienced manager to lead on the development and implementation of quality management and performance systems to support the delivery of Together for Children’s priorities. This will include a critical focus on ensuring regulatory conformance and compliance with quality control systems, the implementation of learning and development plans and overall quality improvement.
The successful candidate will be a committed, creative and passionate professional who has experience of driving quality and improvement and who thrives on working in a fast paced environment.
