Senior Early Help Worker
Grade 5 (£23,111 - £25,463)
You will support vulnerable families with a range of complex needs via our Early Help processes (assessment, plan, review) and co-ordinate Teams Around the Family to improve outcomes for children.
You will have experience of whole-family working and have an education, social care, youth work or other relevant background. You will be knowledgeable about services available to support families and be aware of safeguarding and child protection procedures. You will be aware of the Troubled Families programme.
This post is exempt from the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
