A qualified solicitor is required to join the Council’s Law and Governance Team in order to provide advice and support to the Council in relation to planning, highways, road traffic and village green matters. The post-holder will be an effective communicator, able to provide concise advice and draft a range of agreements and orders. Experience of undertaking planning and/or highways legal work is required, and experience of preparing traffic regulation orders and dealing with village green applications is desirable.
