KS2 teacher – temporary post to cover maternity leave, from January 2017

The Headteacher and Governors of this successful and popular federation of primary schools wish to appoint a highly motivated and caring teacher who will put children first and make learning fun.

This post is fulltime and, in the first instance, for two terms to cover maternity leave.

Applicants should ;

• be inspirational classroom teachers
• have an excellent working knowledge of KS2 and be committed to a creative, enriched curriculum
• have high expectations of all pupils and a track record of excellent pupil progress
• be enthusiastic and active team members
• be committed to professional development
• be prepared to make a contribution to the wider work of the school

It is expected that the successful candidate will be placed at Beamish Primary School.

Visits to the school, by appointment, are warmly welcomed.
