Due to a restructuring of our management team, the Governing Body and Headteacher of this popular successful academy are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and enthusiastic teacher to join our developing team.
This post carries responsibility for developing Maths across the whole curriculum. It will be building on work and successes already achieved. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their leadership skills.
The successful applicant will:
• Be an excellent teacher, able to communicate a passion for teaching and learning.
• Be a high quality, effective leader who inspires others and has a proven track record of school improvement and raising standards.
• Have knowledge about the National Curriculum and have the ability to use this to raise standards.
• Be confident and effective in the use of assessment to promote and accelerate pupil progress.
• Have high expectations of themselves and the children and staff they lead.
