We are seeking an inspiring, dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Technology to contribute to the continued success and development of a strong and forward looking team.

The applicant should demonstrate strong practical/workshop skills and bring evidence of this to their interview. Flexibility to teach an additional subject is also desirable.

The Academy enjoys a well-founded reputation for continuous improvement, high expectations, a strong sense of discipline and achievement for all learners. The Academy became a Teaching School in March 2013 and we have embraced the opportunities it provides for all our staff.

If you think you excel at supporting the learning relationships of students, we would be delighted to discuss this further.

In a recent survey, our staff rated “opportunities for staff development” as outstanding. The Academy prides itself on an excellent programme of CPD, including middle leadership training, such as Leaders for the Future.
