We are specifically looking for a motivated Individual to Manage Hartlepool Borough Councils Direct Care and Support Service.
The service rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission is a domiciliary care service which provides reablement, 'telecare' services (technology to help people live at home longer) and emergency respite care for family Carers to over 3000 people in the Hartlepool area.
The successful applicant will be joining Hartlepool Borough Council at a time of change but it is also an exciting time as we are seeking to further develop services to meet the needs of the people of Hartlepool.
In undertaking this role, (including the of Registered Manager) the successful applicant would ideally have experience of both managing services and leading people as well as having experience of inter agency working.
