Young Carers & Families Key Worker
Eastern Ravens Trust are proud to have been chosen by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council to be their strategic partner in the development and delivery of young carers support. This contract arrangement is for 5 years, with a possible 5-year extension giving security to the service.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to deliver tailored support services to young carers and their families in the Stockton-on-Tees Borough.
The post involves holistic whole family support, working in partnership and delivering positive outcomes for young carers.
£26,421 per annum (under review) - 37 hours per week.
Closing Date: Sunday 29th September 2024.
Interviews will be held the evening of Wednesday 9th October 2024.
