We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our highly skilled support staff team at Langley First School.

Is confident and creative and enjoys building relationships working with children?
Is able to inspire children through high expectations?
Has experience of working with SEND children?
Is looking for a new and exciting challenge, eager to initiate whole school projects and is keen to contribute to the future of our school?
The successful candidate should:
Possess or working towards NVQ Level 3 in ‘Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools’ (or equivalent)
Have experience of delivering intervention work and one-to-one support for children.
Have knowledge of SEND procedures
Be an effective team player
Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have a clear understanding of safeguarding issues
