This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our specialist staff team at Epinay School. The ideal candidate will have experience of working across a school setting and supporting the learning of a child in a one to one situation and in small groups.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, enthusiastic, creative and experienced candidates who can work independently and as part of a team. As an inspirational Teaching Assistant, applicants will have the energy and vision to assist young people throughout the school. We are looking for a passionate individual with a commitment to academic excellence and high classroom standards.

The ideal candidate will:

• be an experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked across the primary and secondary stages;
• have experience of undertaking 1:1 support with identified pupils;
• have experience of undertaking small group learning activities with identified pupils;
• have experience of working with children in small groups;
• have experience of working with young people with special educational needs;
• be a committed team player;
• have the ability to engage and inspire pupils;
• be committed to Epinay’s ethos of high expectations.
