Housing is a fast paced and vitally important sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join Sunderland City Council in our development and delivery of a brand new Housing Strategy for Sunderland.
You will support the Housing Service in the delivery of the Council’s Strategic Housing Function, including the collation of a robust and relevant evidence base to produce policies and key action plans.

In addition, you will support the Housing Strategy team develop and deliver specific housing projects to ensure the realisation of the priorities set out within the City Plan and Housing Strategy.
