This is a temporary maternity cover post to commence as soon as possible and will end upon return of the substantive postholder.
We are looking for a committed hard working teaching assistant to cover a maternity leave and join our team of friendly and dedicated staff. Candidates must have a calm and positive approach to older pupils. Experience of working in a junior school setting would be an advantage.
We are looking to appoint someone who:
• Is passionate and reflective about their work
• Can demonstrate excellent classroom practice with high standards of teaching and learning which values all children
• Has very high expectations of all children and themselves
• Is able to work well as part of a team
• Is willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life
• Is quick to take on new initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
• 4 GCSEs including Maths and English, grades A-C
• CACHE 2 qualification or equivalent
