The Governors of St Helen Auckland Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic & hardworking Caretaker to join our school. The successful candidate will be reliable, well organised and have good communication and practical handyperson skills.

Key Responsibilities cover areas of:

• Security of premises
• Key holder responsibilities
• Health & Safety
• Grounds maintenance
• Minor repairs
• Cleaning
• Operation of heating systems
• Porterage duties
