Hartlepool Borough Council is structured into 4 departments: Adult and Community Based Services, Resources and Development, Children’s and Joint Commissioning Services and Neighbourhoods & Regulatory Services. Collectively, these departments provide vital services to the public.

residents, communities and partners through engagement, consultation and research
