Be able to successfully lead and motivate diverse teams
Be focused on high customer service standards
Have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
Create an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential
Have a proven track record in cost control and driving participation, usage and income in all areas
Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance
Be able to respond positively to difficult situations.
Have a flexible approach to work.
Hold or be actively working towards an NVQ 3 supervisory management qualification or an equivalent qualification
Have experience of developing and improving a fitness timetable
Have knowledge of health and safety in a leisure centre environment
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
