Sunderland City Council has an exciting opportunity to join us as a Change 4 Life Sunderland Support Worker within Culture and Events.
The successful candidate will be required to support the delivery of a healthy lifestyles programme, which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of children and families. Specifically, the role will focus on the promotion of healthy lifestyle choices, as well as the development of skills, knowledge and addressing inactivity levels and childhood obesity.
This post is exempt from the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
