Valour Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Accountant to join the teams at Walbottle Village Primary and Beech Hill Primary. The post holder’s main duties will be:
- Working closely with the CEO and School Business managers to ensure the smooth operation of the finance systems.
- Managing bank reconciliations, input monthly payroll transactions.
- Working with Academy Finance System – PS Financials (experience desirable), further develop system, input financial data, produce reports and reconcile transactions.
- Manage and process all reports to EFA/DfE.
- Operate end processes including VAT returns, audit and preparation, trial balances and end of year accounts.
- Produce accounts and trial balances and report to CEO and Valour Trustees
