Fixed term for 12 months

The successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent service, to internal and external customers, with a professional and friendly attitude. Ability to assess customer requirements and ensuring all relevant details are captured within the IT service management tool. They will provide in-depth technical support, in relation to all computing related issues. They will be responsible for managing aspects of Active Directory, networking, configuration of Microsoft Windows operating systems, application support and troubleshooting of related hardware and software, as well as asset management.
