An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Day Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to adults with learning and physical disabilities, helping them to access meaningful activities and opportunities both within the service and the wider community.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others, has relevant experience in care and support services, and can bring enthusiasm, compassion, and a positive approach to our dedicated team.
